STATEMENT OF NEED/PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Hemophilia is a high cost chronic condition with total annual costs that can average $250,000 or more for many patients. Optimal outcomes require a collaborative and coordinated patient experience throughout various life scenarios. This case scenario, joint provided by the National Hemophilia Foundation, will emphasize the need for well-coordinated treatment management, the importance of understanding effective ways of using available treatments, and the importance of collaboration among all stakeholders as a patient confronts issues with his care for hemophilia.

During the period November 30, 2015 through May 31, 2017, participants must 1) read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures; 2) study the educational activity; 3) successfully complete the post-test with a score of 75% or better; 4) and complete the evaluation form. Upon completion of the full CME/CE activity, your certificate will be made available immediately to download and print.
