Marc Gilgannon, PT
Lead Therapist
University of Virginia Children's Hospital

A graduate of the NYU Physical Therapy (PT) program, Marc has been working in pediatrics as a PT clinician and researcher for over 20 years. He has been the primary Physical Therapist for the University of Virginia (UVA) Hemophilia Treatment Center, working with children and adults, for 10 years and was presented the NHF Award of Excellence in Physical Therapy in 2009. Marc's role at UVA also includes working with children and families in the Children's Hospital Fitness Clinic, developing exercise programs for children with special needs, and providing patient care across multiple settings in the Children's Hospital.
