• Treats episodically with rFVIII for bleeds

  –	A high metabolizer of factor
  –	True pharmacokinetics never assessed due to time requirements and patient resistance

• Primarily joint bleeds experienced over the course of his lifetime
  

  –	More recently burdened by right elbow hemarthroses
  –	Despite ongoing discussions with his HTC providers regarding a continuous prophylaxis plan, he has not been able to commit to such a program
