Current Symptoms

Over the past several years the patient was plagued by the following issues:

• Increased numbness and tingling in both hands

  –	Significantly worse in his right hand
  –	Constant elbow pain, locking of his right elbow, and decreased strength as evidenced by frequently dropping items
  –	Cumulatively, these symptoms were beginning to limit the patient’s ability to work

• Increased frequency of right elbow bleeds
