Severe (<1%) FVIII deficient hemophilia diagnosed at birth
Developed inhibitor at 3 years of age with historical peak titer of 220 BU
Immune tolerance induction (ITI) never attempted
Treatments include PCC, aPCC, and rFVIIa for bleeding
Needs treatment for HCV infection
Bilateral arthropathy in the knees, ankles, and elbows
History of gastrointestinal (GI) bleeds (on 40 mg omeprazole), hypercholesterolemia (20 mg rosuvastatin), and hypertension (angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitor [ACEI])
